C-Care seeks Personal Support Workers for home and hospital settings in Toronto. In home care, you will assist with hygiene, transfers, meals, mobility, and emotional support. You will also monitor changes in behavior, health, and overall well-being while supporting client comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
Support ambulation, transfers, and mobility using mobility aids
Help clients eat and meet dietary requirements
Provide companionship, encouragement, and reassurance
Monitor changes in behavior, health, and well-being
Requirements: Personal Support Worker diploma from an accredited institution
NACC certificate for private career college credentials
Valid First Aid, CPR, and Mask Fit certificates
Spoken and written English working knowledge
Experience with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or ALS preferred
Bring personal care, mobility support, and attentive monitoring skills to C-Care clients receiving care throughout Toronto homes.
