Key Responsibilities: Manage complex commercial litigation matters and contribute to significant files
Work on class actions, investigations and regulatory disputes
Advise clients on legal and strategic matters
Research and analyze legal issues in depth
Draft opinions, memoranda, pleadings and written arguments
Requirements: Membership in valuable standing with the Québec Bar
Experience in commercial litigation
Experience managing files and representing clients before courts
Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
