IWK Health in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Subacute Inpatient Unit, Mental Health & Addictions. This permanent, hourly full time position starts November 2026 and supports youth and families in an offsite inpatient and day program.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager and Team Leader, you will handle meetings, correspondence, travel planning, filing, data entry, and coordinating communications with accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
