Intact Financial is hiring a full time Sales and Customer Service Associate for its inbound call centre in Vancouver. The position is scheduled to start January 29, 2027. After training, the role offers a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

- Advise customers on personal insurance products and help identify suitable coverage.
- Answer product questions and guide customers through next steps.
- Analyze customer needs and promote or cross-sell insurance products and services.
- Process payment method changes and update customer accounts accurately.
- Handle telephone and electronic inquiries and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

- At least one year of customer service experience; call centre experience is preferred.




- Sales and customer loyalty experience is an asset.
- Ability to use multiple systems and remain calm while multitasking.
- Must be prepared to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada. English and French bilingualism is an asset.

Schedule and compensation

35 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. All Saturdays are required during the first year. Training may require in-office attendance up to four days per week.

Salary range: $47,100–$57,500 per year, based on a 35-hour workweek. The role also includes a 5% annual bonus target.
