As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support frontline Personal and Commercial Banking services. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and promote a positive branch experience. The role requires careful handling of confidential matters and timely business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Promote banking solutions while completing accurate business processes
• Connect personally with customers about banking solutions and processes

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Robust organizational, planning, administration, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
