FirstService Residential Canada is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Victoria, BC to perform preventative and corrective maintenance in vacant and occupied apartments, including minor plumbing, drywall, electrical, painting, and cleaning.
The ideal candidate has solid time management, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication with property managers, tenants, and support staff. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.
