Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations for the Home and Entertainment department
Ensure sales and profitability goals are achieved
Train associates in customer service, products, and merchandising
Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment




Manage expenses and assist with budget preparation
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
Robust leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Microsoft Office and basic computer proficiency
Flexible schedule, lifting up to 50 pounds, and extended standing
