Apply Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing expertise at IMT Precision as a Level 2 NDT Technician in a full time manufacturing role.
You will conduct non-destructive testing using UT and MT methods under CGSB/ISO or NAS410 standards. The position covers equipment setup, part evaluation, result interpretation, documentation, and product quality. You will also guide trainees and Level 1 technicians while maintaining inspection standards and traceability.
Key Responsibilities: Set up equipment for Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle Testing
Evaluate parts and interpret non-destructive testing results
Document findings and maintain inspection traceability
Guide trainees and Level 1 technicians
Apply standards during manufacturing inspections
Requirements: Valid CGSB/ISO MT2 and UT1 certification
Or MT2 and UT2 certification under NAS410
Documented NDT experience meeting certification requirements
Ability to work rotating shifts and stand extended periods
Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
