Key Responsibilities: Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates
Lead shift huddles and communicate safety priorities
Adjust staffing and resources as priorities change
Coach team members and partner with support teams




Review performance data and complete shift handoffs
Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree completed before your first day
Current enrollment in supply chain, business, management, engineering, or related studies
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds
Build Amazon operations leadership experience through team development, shift execution, safety, quality, and customer-focused performance.
