As a Plumbing Journeyperson, you will maintain, repair, and install mechanical systems across commercial and multi-family buildings. The work includes boilers, pumps, hydronic systems, building controls, and plumbing equipment. You will document findings, prepare quote drafts, and support reliable service productivity.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose mechanical system issues and complete repairs
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and routine service
Install pumps, valves, tanks, and related components
Prepare quote drafts from service findings




Complete service reports before closing work orders
Requirements: Journeyperson Plumbing, Back Flow, and Gas B tickets
Experience with commercial plumbing and mechanical equipment
Experience troubleshooting boilers, pumps, and hydronic systems
Knowledge of building controls, electrical systems, and plumbing service
Valid BC Driver’s License and clean driving record
