Edmonton-based Market Data Coordinator roles require accurate data management and market research within Colliers’ commercial real estate platform.
As a Market Data Coordinator, you will manage and validate listing, transaction, lease, and sales information. You will support data integrity by researching comparables, updating availability, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This onsite position is based in Colliers’ Edmonton office.
Key Responsibilities: Update listing availability information accurately in the database
Verify Colliers transactional information from Deals
Research and capture lease and sales comparables
Collect data from agents, landlords, and external partners
Document sales meeting information in the platform
Requirements: Related degree and/or diploma
One to two years of experience
Real estate experience ideally in a similar role
Experience with data management programs and policies
Excellent client service ability
Support Colliers’ Edmonton team through market research, transaction verification, and accurate commercial real estate data management.
