Support FedEx station training through curriculum management, Package Handler instruction, and ongoing employee development. This role serves facility employees and managers.
The Operations Training Specialist implements training activities supporting FedEx’s overall training strategy. You will manage facility curriculum, prepare Package Handler events, monitor dock training, and coach managers. The work also includes identifying training gaps with facility leaders, District Staff, and PGH University.
Key Responsibilities: Administer training activities at a FedEx station or hub
Manage curriculum for all facility employees
Prepare and execute Package Handler training events
Demonstrate proper dock training and guide managers




Lead weekly Package Handler retention team meetings
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred in specified related fields
One year of instructor-led training or field operations experience
Working knowledge of field operations or training principles
Microsoft Office and web-based application skills
Use training administration, coaching, communication, and organizational skills to strengthen employee development across FedEx facilities.
