Lead complex workplace design projects in Mississauga using advanced Haworth systems knowledge and accurate technical documentation. This full-time role requires onsite work.
As CTI’s Senior Workplace Design Specialist, you will translate client requirements into practical commercial interiors solutions. You will create space plans, furniture layouts, presentation drawings, renders, installation packages, and detailed specifications. The role supports projects from concept through installation while coordinating with consultants, project managers, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate 2D and 3D workplace drawings and specifications
Manage multiple complex projects through installation and final documentation
Apply Haworth product and workplace systems knowledge
Verify site conditions,



inventories, layouts, and code compliance
Support design reviews, project checks, and junior designers
Requirements: Experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, or workplace design
Advanced knowledge of Haworth products and systems
Proficiency creating space plans, renders, redlines, and installation drawings
Ability to manage projects with 200 or more workstations
Clear client communication and willingness to travel when required
