Elysium Healthcare seeks Healthcare Assistants with at least six months’ UK experience in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. You will support men and women with complex needs, including Learning Disability, Mental Health issues, Personality Disorder, and challenging behaviour. Work within a multidisciplinary team at Bradley Complex Care, helping service users progress towards valued, fulfilled lives.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in ward rounds with colleagues
Analyse behaviours and adapt care accordingly
Update patient records accurately




Provide overall care and support
Assist with personal hygiene when required
Requirements: Minimum six months’ UK Healthcare Assistant experience
Experience in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
Compassionate, positive, resilient, and vigilant approach
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
Understanding of safeguarding service users’ welfare
Bring experienced mental health care, behavioural observation, and compassionate support to service users at Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby.
