As Stage Experience Lead, you oversee Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare departments, or a combination. You support an Assistant Manager, Client Experience by guiding cast performance and store objectives. Your focus includes client feedback, interactive technology, events, coaching, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure cast execute Sephora’s selling model
Support timely responses to client feedback
Train cast on Client Interactive Technology
Support in-store events meeting client needs
Coach performance and participate in check-ins
Requirements: One to three years’ similar experience
Experience in a similar volume store
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence business partners clearly
Ability to attract and develop store leaders
Bring client service leadership, coaching, and sales-floor expertise to Sephora’s Grande Prairie location and its beauty teams.
