You will drive individual sales, mentor associates, deliver product knowledge training, and resolve client concerns. The position suits an experienced retail supervisor passionate about fashion, styling, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the boutique’s primary client host
Contribute at least 20% to monthly store sales
Coach associates on engagement, conversion, and styling
Train new hires and facilitate product sessions
Act as Manager on Duty and resolve concerns
Requirements: Two or more years’ supervisory retail experience
