The Vision Centre Manager oversees Division 30 activities and reports to the District Manager for professional services. This manager delivers sales budgets, controls wages according to P&L;, and develops the optical business through programs and Walmart brand promotion. The position also supports professional relationships with Optometrists and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day Vision Centre people, operations, and merchandise activities

Evaluate written prescription orders from customers or doctors
Maintain protected, fully operational Vision Centre conditions
Requirements: Be at least 16 years old
Follow Provincial and Federal eyewear dispensing guidelines
Understand the regulatory environment within the region
Practice within applicable professional and regulatory standards
Follow required emergency policies and equipment maintenance procedures
Bring optical leadership, prescription order evaluation, and regulatory knowledge to Walmart’s Vision Centre in Brandon, Manitoba.
