As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will coordinate banquets, outlets, and team members across daily business activities. You will help execute event details, manage inventories, maintain par levels, and support exceptional dining experiences. The role requires food and beverage experience, cost-control knowledge, and availability during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized service throughout every food and beverage experience
- Direct and coordinate banquets, outlets, and daily team activities
- Execute event details according to client expectations
- Manage inventories, par levels, requisitions, and supplies




- Coach, motivate, and train team members continually

Requirements:

- Three to five years of food and beverage experience
- Supervisor or assistant manager experience, preferably in full-service hotels
- Experience in banquets, catering, and meetings
- Proven food and beverage cost-control track record
- Ability to work wide-ranging shifts and peak business periods
