Lead retail operations at MEC by managing inventory flow, back-of-house execution, and operational support across the store. This hands-on leadership role supports secure, consistent daily performance.

As Department Manager, Operations Support, you oversee inventory, stockroom, OMS, shipments, loss prevention, health and safety, and operational workflows. Reporting to the General Manager, you partner with the Senior Staff Team to identify risks, improve performance, and strengthen operational capability. You also support member-facing store operations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead inventory, stockroom, OMS, shipment, and back-of-house operations
- Implement corrective action plans for operational risks and gaps
- Lead loss prevention practices, audits, and cycle counts
- Support safe,



compliant work environments and incident response
- Coach operations staff through training, feedback, and check-ins

Requirements:

- One to three years of retail or service leadership experience
- Accountability for operations and people leadership
- Experience with inventory systems, OMS workflows, and retail systems
- Knowledge of loss prevention, inventory controls, and workplace safety
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
