Encore seeks an Event Audio Visual Operations Manager to supervise workflow, scheduling, inventory, billing review, and onsite guest support. You will lead technicians, manage performance and development, and help achieve service and cost-control goals. The position reports to an Operations Director or Director, Event Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily technician workflow and floor activities
- Supervise scheduling, timekeeping, delegation, and staff performance
- Maintain equipment sheets, inventory levels, safety, and quality
- Meet guests onsite and verify equipment setups
- Attend BEO, Pre-Cons, and pre-production meetings

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four-plus years audio visual and hospitality experience
- Two-plus years supervisory experience or Encore ADOP completion
- Live show audio-visual equipment knowledge
- Computer hardware, software, Internet, and Microsoft Office proficiency
