As a Guest Service Agent, you will help ensure guest satisfaction during this brand-new lodge opening. You will assist with guest needs, reservations, information requests, and concerns. Organization, time management, accuracy, and communication are essential in this guest-facing position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and employees courteously upon arrival
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and registration paperwork
- Enter registration data into site software and systems
- Answer calls, emails, and faxes professionally
- Attend safety meetings and emergency response procedures

Requirements:

- Previous guest services experience
- Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
