This Journeyperson Scratch Baker position requires commercial baking experience and Red Seal certification or equivalent. You will produce breads, rolls, buns, pastries, cookies, and specialty items. The work includes operating bakery equipment, maintaining food safety, and serving customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, mix, and bake wide-ranging bakery products
- Follow established recipes throughout production
- Operate mixers, proofers, ovens, and slicers safely
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency
- Maintain clean, organized, food-safe bakery areas

Requirements:

- Red Seal Journeyperson Baker Certification or equivalent
- Two to three years of professional baking experience
- Commercial or retail baking experience
