Lead youth program planning and delivery at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre in a regular full time supervisory position. Support responsive services for diverse communities.

The Supervisor, Youth Programs leads current community youth programs with the Manager, Integrated Youth Services. This position oversees program development, evaluation, partnerships, operations, and team support. It also responds to community needs and demographics through collaboration with staff, volunteers, participants, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, evaluate, and develop community youth programs
- Develop partnerships with youth-serving and community organizations
- Oversee daily operations and escalate emerging risks appropriately
- Supervise, coach, schedule,



and evaluate assigned program staff
- Maintain reporting, registration, records, and program data

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Three to five years’ relevant experience, preferably with youth
- At least three years’ management or supervisory experience
- Program development and program management experience
- Fluency in English; French preferred and other languages an asset
