Key Responsibilities: Manage renovation and construction project execution
Perform repairs, layout, framing, forming, and reinforcing
Operate equipment and coordinate site staging
Track costs, time, tools, assets, and materials




Manage trade scopes and property facilities
Requirements: Proven leadership within the construction industry
Property development and property management experience required
Journeyman Carpenter Certification, Red Seal or higher
