As an Actuarial Specialist Associate, you will support Marsh’s Global Actuarial Services Delivery team. The work spans retirement, post-retirement, and health and advantages consulting services. You will guide actuarial analysts, review client work, and develop analytical services supporting consultants, clients, and members.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, delegate, and review analysis and client work
Direct, coach, and guide actuarial analysts
Perform retirement benefits actuarial valuations and validate data
Prepare accounting disclosures, projections, valuation reports, and forms
Design pension strategies, pricing,



and experience studies
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field
Three-plus years of pension or post-retirement benefits experience
Superior analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel
Excellent French and English communication and presentation skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability
