Trupanion seeks a self-motivated, customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist for inbound pet insurance sales and member support. You will explain policies, understand customer needs, manage objections, and guide enrollment. The full time schedule includes rotating Pacific Time shifts, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound warm leads from prospective pet insurance customers
Tailor insurance solutions to each customer's needs
Explain coverage options and policy benefits clearly
Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
Accurately enroll pets and document required information
Requirements: Active provincial General or P&C; Insurance license
At least two years of sales experience
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle escalated and sensitive conversations
Weekend availability and flexibility across rotating shifts
Bring licensed insurance sales, empathetic communication, and consultative problem-solving to Trupanion's pet coverage customers across Canada.
