NBCC seeks an Employee Services Coordinator for a one-year term. You will coordinate full-cycle payroll, administer advantages, and resolve employee inquiries. The position requires Excel proficiency, analytical judgment, confidentiality, and effective communication with employees, managers, Finance, and People & Culture teams.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate full-cycle payroll for multiple employee groups
Process hires, compensation changes, transfers, leaves, and departures
Administer benefits, pension transactions, and payroll deductions
Prepare reconciliations, year-end activities,



and audit documentation
Identify process improvements, control enhancements, and service improvements
Requirements: Related diploma or degree with two to three years’ experience
Payroll processing experience for hourly and salaried employees
Microsoft Excel expertise, including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
