SOAR Community Services is recruiting for its Employment Services Team. This role provides employment and training needs assessment, case management, individual support, advocacy, and service planning. You will also collaborate with training providers and employers to create placements for clients.

Requirements: College Diploma in Human, Social Services, or Business
Career Practitioner or Job Development certificate is an asset
Minimum one year of related experience

Reliable transportation and ability to manage vicarious traumatic stress
