Strategic sourcing and third-party management await at EQ, with Excel, AI tools, and Power BI supporting a hybrid co-op experience in Saskatoon or Toronto.
For January through April 2027, this Co-op Student supports Procurement, Contract Management, Third-Party Risk Management, reporting, process improvement, and AI-enabled innovation. The work connects with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Finance, Technology, Operational Risk Management, and business stakeholders. You will gain practical exposure to supplier onboarding, contract repositories, vendor governance, analytics, and regulated financial services.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate third-party intake requests and supplier onboarding activities
Maintain TPRM records, pipeline trackers, and supplier documentation




File agreements and update contract lifecycle information
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates
Test approved AI tools, automations, and productivity solutions
Requirements: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or related field
Strong Excel and AI tool skills
Power BI experience is an asset
Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Develop strategic sourcing, contract management, analytics, and AI process improvement experience with EQ’s SS&TM; team.
