Shift4 is seeking a Customer Service Sr Associate for on-site work in Toronto, ON. The role involves responding to calls, tickets, and live chats for GiveX Gift Card clients, assisting with setup and reports, and coordinating follow-up actions across departments.
Ideal candidates have call center experience, solid troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills. Multilingual abilities (French/Spanish/Portuguese) are an asset, and familiarity with MS Office and basic networking is helpful.
