As Dispatcher, you will schedule planned maintenance and dispatch customer requests to technicians. The position coordinates and tracks technicians, monitors daily timesheets, follows up on work orders, and maintains customer communication. You will also support customer service and fleet management duties.
Key Responsibilities: Dispatch customer requests to service technicians
Schedule planned maintenance appointments
Coordinate technician routes using ERP software
Monitor daily technician timesheets
Follow up on work orders and customers
Requirements: Minimum one year of comparable dispatch experience
Solid customer service background
Strong basic office computer skills
ERP solutions experience preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks
