The position combines membership records, bookings, merchandise sales, photo identification, and pool operations. Staff enforce policies, maintain records, and respond to water contamination issues when needed.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a high level of service
Process memberships, merchandise sales, and end-of-day cash outs
Coordinate bookings and maintain data entry records
Perform pool operations,



water treatment, and chemical balancing
Administer emergency first aid as required
Requirements: Certified Pool Operator Certificate or willingness to complete the course
Current Standard First Aid, Level C CPR, AED, and oxygen qualifications
Post-secondary diploma
One to three years' experience in a similar role
Basic computer skills and adaptable weekend availability
