Apply accounting and assurance skills as an in office Co-op Student with MNP in Pembrooke, Ontario, from January through April 2027.
As part of MNP’s Assurance & Accounting team, you will support diverse client needs within evolving business and financial reporting environments. The placement develops skills across compilations, reviews, audits, bookkeeping, tax, and financial reporting. You will work with client engagement teams while building relationships with client contacts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop technical skills across assurance, accounting, bookkeeping, and tax
Apply IFRS, GAAP, and ASPE knowledge
Set up client files and manage multiple files simultaneously
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and reports




Review financial entries, documents, and audit evidence
Requirements: Working toward a commerce or business administration bachelor’s degree
Accounting or finance major preferred
Working toward CPA PEP admission prerequisites
Accounting-related office experience considered an asset
Accounting and tax software experience considered an asset
Build assurance, accounting, and financial reporting experience with MNP while supporting clients and engagement teams in Pembrooke.
