FullShift Staffing seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents under direction from nursing leadership. The work includes resident rounds, identification verification, basic room care, and maintaining accessible drinking water. Candidates need certification and relevant experience or clinical training.
Key Responsibilities: Provide routine nursing care according to established procedures
Complete resident rounds each shift and every two hours
Verify resident identification before care or meal service
Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables




Fill clean water pitchers and keep them within reach
Requirements: Certified nursing assistant license
At least six months of certified nursing assistant experience
English reading, writing, and speaking ability
Ability to work tactfully with residents, families, and visitors
Patience, emotional stability, and willingness to serve residents
Use certified nursing assistant skills, careful resident identification, and dependable routine care to support residents through each shift.
