This Technical Recruiter joins Randstad’s expanding Digital Specialty and focuses on permanent openings. The work combines candidate sourcing, screening, matching, job-order management, and client relationship development. Success requires technical recruiting experience, effective influence, adaptable execution, and productive use of technology tools.
Key Responsibilities: Establish relationships with consultants and contractors across specified regions
Support specified clients through responsive recruiting relationships
Screen IT candidates for permanent opportunities




Match candidate information with job openings
Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations
Requirements: Three-plus years of Technical Recruiting experience
Strong interpersonal communication and influencing capabilities
Experience succeeding within a fast-paced team workplace
Agility using processes and technology tools to deliver results
Ability to make decisions and execute directed plans
Bring enterprise-account recruiting, IT candidate assessment, and consultant relationship skills to Randstad’s Toronto Digital Specialty team.
