Coordinate document control and change management at Magna, supporting CAD reviews, Engineering Change Notices, and automotive programs. Work across teams and customer requirements.
This regular, permanent Coordinator Document Control position supports Magna Mechatronics & Mirrors. You will manage documentation processes, provide guidance, and train Closures personnel when necessary. The work includes CAD file integrity, corporate PLM storage, IMDS activities, and customer change management systems. You will also support assignments involving existing and new customers, new technology, and integrated product lines.
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily Document Control activities for Change Management processes
Guide personnel on documentation and Change Management procedures
Train Closures personnel on documentation processes and business rules




Validate proposed Change Management updates and changes
Review CAD designs and maintain accurate revision sequencing
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma or certificate, preferably engineering-related
Basic understanding of documentation, databases, and traceability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
Solid written and oral communication across organizational levels
Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy
Apply document control, CAD review, and change management knowledge to support Magna automotive engineering programs and customer requirements.
