Randstad Canada is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for an industrial technology employer. You will review inquiries, requests for quotation, and purchase orders while coordinating fulfilment. The work includes customer communication, records management, order updates, and initial product guidance.
Key Responsibilities: Review inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders for accuracy
Process sales orders, changes, returns, and confirmations
Coordinate fulfilment with engineering, purchasing, operations, and sales
Respond about inventory, shipping schedules, tracking, and order status




Prepare tailored price quotations and provide product guidance
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years in customer service or inside sales
Strong communication, accuracy, and multitasking skills
SAP, CRM, or Doxis experience is an asset
Industrial manufacturing or drive technology knowledge is advantageous
Bring accurate order processing, customer communication, and quotation skills to an industrial technology customer service team in Delta.
