Deliver packages for FedEx in Port McNeill, using safe driving and excellent customer service on an assigned route. This interview position follows weekday daytime shifts.
As a Courier, you will provide courteous, productive pickup and delivery while checking shipments against Federal Express Canada service standards. You will also perform related customer service functions throughout the route. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pacific time, from the domiciled Port McNeill location. Success requires communication, organization, time management, and flexibility. Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations or Canadian Customs regulations is an asset. Customer-oriented business experience is preferred, including one year.
Key Responsibilities:



Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service standards
Complete related customer service functions for package recipients
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
Pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training threshold
Work varying schedules and holidays based on business needs
Use driving, shipment checking, and customer service skills as a FedEx Courier based in Port McNeill.
