Use cloud accounting software and bookkeeping expertise as a Remote Accounting Technician serving MNP clients from Burlington, Ontario. Support accurate financial operations remotely.
As an Accounting Technician on MNP’s ease Cloud Accounting Services team, you will support clients across bookkeeping and financial reporting. The full time position includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, reconciliations, and government filings. QBO or Xero experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with full cycle bookkeeping and payroll functions
Prepare payroll remittances, filings, and accounting transaction records
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Investigate discrepancies and develop resolutions with supervisors




Communicate with governments about information requests and assessments
Requirements: One year of full cycle bookkeeping experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes
Understanding of sales, payroll, and corporate taxes
Cloud accounting experience with QBO or Xero preferred
Business administration or accounting certificate considered an asset
Bring bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliation, and cloud accounting experience to MNP’s remote client services team in Burlington.
