Wesgar seeks an experienced CNC Turret Punch Press Operator for custom sheet metal fabrication. You will set up equipment, select tooling, and maintain production, safety, and quality standards. The position requires hands-on press experience, punching theory knowledge, and accurate first-off inspection.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC turret punch presses
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Select tooling for materials and part requirements
Inspect first-off parts against drawings and quality requirements
Resolve manufacturing issues with Production and Product Support
Requirements: At least one year operating CNC turret punch presses
Previous sheet metal fabrication experience
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Understanding of punching theory, tooling, safety, and quality
Legal entitlement to work in Canada
