As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support teams across Canada, Spain, and Latin America. Manage recruitment workflows, employee records, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR systems. Conduct structured screenings and help evaluate talent at every organizational level.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct competency pre-screens using established rubrics and scorecards
Manage North American recruitment pipelines through offer issuance
Facilitate onboarding orientations, system setups, and introductions
Maintain global employee records accurately in BambooHR




Coordinate benefits, payroll changes, audits, and compliance documentation
Requirements: Two to four years of progressive HR experience
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
Experience with structured interviews and evaluation scorecards
Operational experience using modern HR systems
Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and workplace legislation
