This Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and lobbies. The position maintains resort quality standards, replenishes supplies, and responds to guest concerns. It also follows safety protocols, Resort Operating Procedures, and WHMIS regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize resort areas
Strip linens, make beds, and stock housekeeping carts
Replenish kitchenware, toiletries, and other guest supplies
Respond to guest inquiries and escalate concerns when needed
Maintain compliance with safety and operating procedures
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Six months related housekeeping experience preferred
Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, tools, and equipment
Detail oriented with organizational skills
Ability to work independently or with others
Bring detailed cleaning, guest service, and safety awareness to Travel + Leisure Co. resort operations year round.
