This Associate position supports global accounting and consulting firms with insurance and reinsurance broking services. You will assist with underwriting submissions, policy documentation, claims data, and client deliverables. Aon’s 10-month Launch program adds business learning, professional development, and relationship-building across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with client risk advice and service delivery
Prepare underwriting submissions, claims exhibits, and policy documents
Analyze claims data, statistical exhibits, and risk costs
Prepare invoices, taxes, reports,



and client meeting materials
Respond to client and commercial insurer queries
Requirements: Zero to three years of related experience
Insurance, broking, underwriting, commercial insurance, or claims experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
