Lead afternoon-shift maintenance with conveyor troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills in an automated distribution setting, Monday through Friday.
As Senior Maintenance Millwright and Afternoon Shift Lead, you will serve as the building’s senior maintenance person. Guide three to four maintenance technicians and cleaners while performing hands-on work across automated equipment. Support reliable operations through repairs, improvements, documentation, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on conveyors
Repair packaging machinery, dock doors, racking, and building equipment
Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems




Coordinate equipment installations with external contractors
Complete work orders and maintain CMMS records
Requirements: Hold Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A certification
Bring at least seven years in automated distribution
Have previous team lead or leadership experience
Understand preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting
Follow lockout/tagout and workplace safety requirements
Apply your millwright expertise, leadership, and equipment troubleshooting skills during the afternoon maintenance shift.
