Lead Artist safety through protective security, access control, and de-escalation at Niagara Casinos. This On Call assignment supports performance days and events.
As Artist Protection Supervisor, you will protect Artists, entourages, and other individuals for the Entertainment Programs team. Responsibilities span movement through crowds, meet-and-greets, autograph sessions, and visual stage protection. The position also provides leadership, guidance, supervision, and coaching to a unionized Event Security guard team.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain Artist privacy and confidentiality during public interactions
Provide personal protection through crowded areas and sessions
Deliver visual and protective security around stages
Lead Event Security guards in incident response and event duties




Promote safe work practices under OH&S; policies and legislation
Requirements: Remarkable guest service and strong interpersonal skills
Written and verbal communication with tactful de-escalation ability
Knowledge of Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act
Ability to respond diplomatically during tense situations
Flexibility for evenings, extended hours, and wide-ranging shifts
Use protective judgment, guest service, and team leadership to maintain Artist safety throughout Niagara Casinos entertainment events.
