Lead warehouse operations onsite in Calgary with Daimler products, Lean concepts, data analysis, and employee coaching at the center.
This Team Lead assignment supports specific work groups within Daimler Truck North America operations. You will interpret work instructions, bills of materials, and area processes while communicating issues to Materials, Quality, Packaging Lab, and I.T. Strong leadership and practical problem solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate leadership while remaining energetic and motivated
Train, coach, and mentor employees within assigned work groups
Diagnose area issues using practical Lean solutions
Collect accurate data, identify trends, and propose solutions




Communicate operational issues to responsible areas
Requirements: At least two years progressive warehouse experience
Demonstrated leadership capability and superior work performance
Excellent attendance record and positive attitude
Robust interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and analysis skills
Knowledge of IMS/DView or ability to learn the system
Apply warehouse leadership, Lean improvement, data analysis, and coaching skills as a Calgary-based Daimler Truck North America Team Lead.
