The work includes recruitment, policy maintenance, immigration support, employee communication, and administrative coordination. Cooke’s operations span North America, Europe, South America, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities: Create job descriptions and post open positions
Review resumes throughout the recruitment process
Address employee HR inquiries and concerns promptly
Maintain policies and procedures aligned with requirements
Assist immigration processes and HR projects
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Human Resources Management Program completion
Two-plus years of experience in an HR role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organization and attention to detail
Confidentiality and Microsoft Office proficiency
