This supervisory position belongs to CBRE’s Security and Fire job function. You will oversee building operations involving security incidents, access policies, fire hazards, and surveillance equipment. You will also maintain current knowledge of local and national building, fire, and life safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee building operations and security-related incident reporting
Set policies for access, parking, and hazard reporting
Maintain compliance with local and national safety codes
Arrange fire department and tenant educational meetings




Liaise with property management, operations, and staff
Requirements: Knowledge of physical security and fire safety practices
Ability to establish team schedules and track deadlines
Ability to oversee electronic surveillance equipment repairs
Ability to provide courteous service to tenants and visitors
Ability to guide teams through established procedures
