As a Trade Control Analyst, you will ensure Front Office transactions are accurately booked into appropriate systems. You will confirm external transactions, monitor trading activity, investigate discrepancies, and support new business developments. The role requires communication with clients, traders, business operations, and back office teams. You will help maintain trading control integrity and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: Book Front Office transactions accurately and completely
Confirm direct external transactions independently
Monitor trading activity and investigate discrepancies
Reconcile inventories,



trades, accounts, and foreign exchange transactions
Maintain daily control records for audit and compliance
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field
One to three years of relevant financial services experience
Capital Markets and equity products knowledge
Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Python, and Excel
Solid communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
Apply trade control, Capital Markets knowledge, and reconciliation expertise as a CIBC Analyst in Toronto.
