This experienced Sub Agent role covers small-value civil engineering and construction sites, alongside support for Site Agents and Project Managers. You will help achieve customer objectives through safe, quality-focused, environmentally compliant, and cost-controlled delivery. Responsibilities span subcontractor coordination, technical interpretation, reporting, meetings, inspections, and as-built information.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction sites and subcontractors
Provide engineering support to project teams
Chair weekly site meetings under company procedures




Deliver accurate client and internal monthly reports
Ensure work is defect-free and delivered on time
Requirements: Experience in civil engineering, ideally within the water sector
Knowledge of specifications and testing regimes
Understanding of cost forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting
Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
CSCS and SMSTS cards with NEBOSH or IOSH
Use water-sector insight, site supervision, and quality leadership to deliver compliant construction projects for Carmichael customers.
